    OPENING A NEW TICKET.

    1. Go to the login page of Unified IdAM Portal and click on the link Facing an issue?

    Lock a complaint.

    OR

    Log in to the Unified IdAM portal using the Single Sign-On credentials and go to the

    Need Help section. Then click on the link Facing an issue? Lock a complaint.

    2. Click on any one of the link(A) or button(B) to open a new ticket.

    3. Fill in the details as asked.

    1. Select a Help Topic.

    2. Enter a valid email address(You can use the one entered while registration in Unified IdAM).

    3. Enter the name of the user whose user id is related to the issue/query.

    4. Enter the contact number which will be used by Support Team for contacting you.

    5. A short summary of the issue.

    6. Give details of the issue that you are facing. Be specific and detailed about the issue.

    7. Here you can attach documents or images for the issue/query.

    8. After all details are duly filled, hit the Create Ticket button at the end.

    4. After the ticket is raised, the below screen is shown and a mail is sent to the email

    address given.

    5. Check your mail inbox, a mail from Support Team is sent to the email address

    mentioned while raising a ticket. The ticket number is mentioned as shown.

    CHECKING THE STATUS OF A TICKET.

    1. Go to the login page of Unified IdAM Portal and click on the link Facing an issue?

    Lock a complaint.

    OR

    2. Enter the ticket number.

    3. Click on the Email Access Link button.

    4. A mail is sent to the mail address with the access link and below screen is shown

    that mentions the same.

    5. Open the mail inbox and check the mail with the access link as shown.
