For Mauritius weddings theMauritian law dictates that if the bride-to-behas been divorced for 10 months or less shewill need a Mauritian Doctor’s certificate ofnon-pregnancy (there is a small charge forthis certificate). If the bride to be is alreadypregnant you would have to wait until shehas been divorced for more than 10 months.

12 CLIENTS NOT FROM THE UK – CAN WE ARRANGE A WEDDING?

If you do not hold a British Passport you mustcontact your own Embassy or Consulate toascertain whether you need to obtain anyfurther documents in addition to those thatwe ask for. In some circumstances yourmarriage certificate may need to be stampedwith an Apostil which will legalise it for usein your home country, there is an extracharge for this.

13 FLOWERS, WHAT TYPE AND COLOURS?

Flowers used will be seasonal depending onyour time of travel. The wedding plannerwill discuss the options available with youwhilst in resort at your pre-wedding meetingand show photographs of typical bouquets.
