Additional incentive information• Annual well-being incentive is now through the Virgin
Pulse program and called “Pulse Credits”
• You will not receive actual cash, but Credits that can used in the Virgin Pulse Store
• Complete the Health Check (formerly known as Health Assessment) to earn a 1000 Pulse Credits
• Earn additional Credits per quarter by completing activities on the Virgin Pulse Platform
• Points will reset at the start of each quarter and the points earned each quarter will equate to your Pulse Credits awarded to your account
• Credits earned are only seen by the individual employee
• Credits for the Virgin Pulse Store never expire
How to complete the Health Check (formerly Health Assessment*)• On the home page, select Health
• On the drop down select Health Check
• Complete the assessment
• Completing this assessment is what will give you your Virgin Pulse Credit
* The Cigna health assessment will remain available to you on the myCigna.com website and we encourage you to continue utilizing this assessment if you would like to continue your progress, however, you will not receive your incentive reward unless the Virgin Pulse Health Check is completed.
