Jr. (born September 27, 1982), recognized by his pseudonym Lil Wayne, who is an American rapper from New Orleans, Louisiana. In 1991, at the age of just nine, he merged Cash Money Records as the fledgling associate of the record company. Five years later, Lil Wayne made the Southern hip hop group Hot Boys, with his Cash Money record company friends Juvenile, Young Turk and Lil' Doogie who were all part of the group.
