Alley- Talk to Resident in Pleasure Alley- Talk to Tourist in the Augur’s Quarter- Buy Ticket from Tour Guide (2000 Gil)- Obtain Oath of the Merchant’s Guild and Desert Flame in the

Underground Path- Talk to Gregory in Central Avenue (This officially starts Quest 1)- Grab Music Notes in the Hawker’s Row

Begin Quest 6 (A Testing Proposition)- Obtain Music Notes and Dispel in the Coliseum Square- Talk to Chocobo Girl and buy Quiet Guardian (1250 Gil) from Armor

Alley- If possible, synthesize your abilities

Complete Quest 4 Complete Quest 1

- Talk to Chocobo Girl in the Aromatic Market and Hawker’s Row Take train back to Luxerion


Begin Quest 7 (The Angel’s Tears)- Obtain Rubber Ball in 1st Avenue- If a different monster appears prior, defeat it then Zomok and

complete Quest 4 (Fighting the monster before Zomok shows up means not having to fight it in Chaos where it’s constantly healing)

Sleep at the inn until 23:00 Head to the Graveyard and wait for the phone call and input the code

(if put in incorrectly, a Dreadnought will show up and fight you automatically, so pay attention to your code as they are RNG)- Grab Stormbane Choker and Zirconia Brooch from the Graveyard

Complete Main Quest 1-4 by crashing the ceremony- Grab Crest of Etro in the Graveyard

Head to the Warren and chase down Noel Defeat Noel Kreiss

- Make sure you have 3 Potions and 2 Phoenix Downs- When staggered, go into Overclock and attack- When inflicted with an ailment, drink Nektar

Begin Quest 18, 17, and 13 (A Rose By Any Other Name, Get the Girl, and The Saint’s Stone)- Use refilled Chronostasis to extend time at 5:00

Complete Quest 13 Begin Quest 14

- Talk to Mitka at the Avenue- Talk to ??? at the Wall of Joy

Visit Vanille at the Hall of Devotion End Day 2 at the Cathedral Plaza

- If possible, use Chronostasis to arrive prior to the tour- Obtain Bronze Watch and Soldier’s Tie in the Industrial Area

Defeat Cyclops- Spam Thundara, Sparkstrike, and Thunder to stagger- Obtain Sight’s Circlet and ID Card in the Warehouse District- Obtain Lapis Lazuli in Pleasure Alley

- Grab Thorn of Courage in the Hero’s Garden- Use Chronostasis at 5:00 or when EP is full- If EP is full and HP is low, use Curaga- Grab Flamestrike and Heavy Guard in the Passageway- Grab Prophecy of Aspiration and Serah’s Pendent in The Patron’s

Chambers Defeat Snow Villiers

- Use Fira and Fire to build up stagger gauge- When staggered, use Flame to deal massive damage- Make sure to equip 2 Potions and 3 Phoenix Downs in case of

emergency- To speed up the process, use Overclock to deal more damage in a

single stagger- After his defeat, grab Ghostly Hood in the Throne of the L’Cie

Leave the Patron’s Palace


- Use Chronostasis to extend the time before returning to the Ark- Grab Giant’s Vambrace in the Lower City

Complete Quest 7 (Death Safari)- Defeat Gremlins and obtain Music Satchel

Teleport to the Luxerion North Station


Complete Quest 17 and obtain South Station Teleport Location End Day 3 while riding the train back to Yusnaan where Side Quest 8 is

located


If not there already, take teleporter to Yusnaan and complete Quest 8 (Death Game)- When low on HP, heal with Curaga

Take train to Luxerion and sleep at the Inn until 10:00


Talk to Armand Take South Station Train to the Dead Dunes

Day 4 – Dead Dunes Part 1

As soon as you arrive and the clock strikes 12:00, use Chronostasis to keep time from passing and defeat the Gurangatches to fill your EP by 2-3 (Read further for Gurangatch Strategy)- Activate Cactuar Statue and purchase Passion Rouge (1250 Gil) at

the Dead Dunes Station- Obtain Metal Armband, Study of the Depths, Debrave, and Pilgrim’s

Crux in the Giant’s Sandbox- Use Pilgrim’s Crux on the monument in the Grave of the Colossi- Defeat Goblots and obtain Arithometer in the Grave of the Colossi

(Use Nektar Mk 2 when poisoned)- Use 4 EP to obtain Silk Scarf- Obtain Bhakti’s Oil and activate Cactuar Statue in the Ruffian

Begin Quest 1 & 2 (Old Rivals & Tool of the Trade)- Obtain Gurangatch Notes in the Ruffian

Begin Quest 3 (Adonis’ Audition)

- Take Cactuar Statue to the Grave of the Colossi- Obtain Defaith in the Giant’s Sandbox

Take train to Luxerion


- If the time isn’t 16:00, sleep at the Inn in 2nd Avenue- Talk to Luka

Take North Station Train to Yusnaan


Begin Quest 12 (Last Date) Complete Quest 3 Begin Quest 13 (Friends Forever)

- Find Chocobo Chicks in Yusnaan (Use map for locations)- Either sleep at the Inn until 19:00 or wait out the time (Enough time

to explore Yusnaan and find the remaining Chocobo Chicks if you haven’t already)

Complete Quest 12- Obtain Mirakle Nektar from Velno

Complete Quest 15 (Tanbam’s Taboo)

- When casting Bravery, use Flame- When Rushing/Assaulting, use Heavy Guard to reduce damage

Complete Quest 13- Obtain Torn of Aggression in the Augur’s Quarter

Begin Quest 14 (Adoring Adornments) Take trains from Yusnaan to Luxerion to Dead Dunes (DON’T

TELEPORT)


- Take Cactuar Statue to the Ruffian- Stock up on 2 Potions and 3 Phoenix Downs- Take Cactuar Statue to the Sacred Gate

Examine the Sacred Gate Defeat Grendel

- After casting Protective Circle, spam Fire and Galestrike- Use Heavy Guard to block Disaster(inflicts 3 status ailments, use

Mirake Nektar if possible), Rancor’s Breath, and Hellkrat- After second stagger, spam Attack (Overclock to deal additional

damage), Heavy Slash, and Galestrike Defeat Earth Eater in the Golden Chambers

- If low on HP before the battle, heal with Curaga or remaining potions

- Repeat strategy used on Grendel (stagger with magic attack, guard against all attacks, etc.)

- Obtain Pilgrim’s Crux- Activate triggered door in the Scorched Earth: Upper Level

Begin Quest 8- Obtain Sparrow Comb in the Golden Chambers: Upper Level

Attack Skeletons until Day 4 ends for Quest 7 (Skeleton in the Closet)

Day 5 – Wildlands Part 1

Warp to Luxerion South Train and take to the Wildlands- Talk to Dr. Gysahl in Canopus Farms- Buy Ignition, Watery Chorus, Electronica, and Woodland Walker

(Especially Woodland Walker) (5000 Gil Total) in Canopus Farms- Obtain Dayring Blossom in the City Ruins

Defeat Chocobo Eater- Obtain Dayring Blossoms in the Grasslands- Obtain Imp’s Crest in Canopus Farms

Begin Quest 1 & 2 (Saving An Angel & A Father’s Request)- Obtain Dayring Blossoms in the Grasslands

Complete Quest 3 (The Right Stuff)- Collect Chocoborels and Forest Fertilizer in the Jagd Woods- Talk to the Wandering Mani in the Jagd Woods- Obtain Vengeance (5000 Gil) in Jagd Village

Defeat Caius Ballad (Cheap Strategy/Guide/Tutorial)- Equip 2 of your schemata classes with an –aga spell and equip the

3rd with Curse and Deshell- Use Curse and Deshell immediately- Spam –aga spells, sending him flying without touching the ground

and attacking- Reapply Curse and Deshell overtime (if you have it, use Overclock

Complete Quest 7 Complete Quest 20 (The Secret Lives of Sheep)

- Obtain Firewyrm Bracelet in the Grasslands- Talk to Cardesia in Jagd Village

Complete Quest 22 Teleport to the Luxerion North Station

Day 6 – Luxerion

If near the end of the day and possible, use Chronostasis- Talk to Reddick in the Warren

Complete Quest 20- Stock up on Recovery Items

End Day 6

Day 7 – Wildlands

Take transporter to The Research Camp Complete Quest 19 and feed the White Chocobo the remaining food

(or the last item if you’ve already been doing that) Begin Quest 16 (To Live in Chaos) Defeat Chocobo Eater and complete Quest 16

- Get 25% strike by attacking from behind the far,

- Use Quiet Guardian Garb for debuffing and guarding (At this point in time with the Ghostly Hood, you should be able to Auto-Guard [get hit without guarding and it doing no damage])

- Stagger using Galestrike and Sparkstrike- When staggered, cast Deprotect and spam Blitz- If staged and out of Blitz ATB, Overclock once- NOTE: The only move that should need to be Guarded is during

Cook Them Sleep at the Inn until 9:00 Complete Quest 21 (Land of Our Forbears) Take train to Luxerion to Yusnaan

- Obtain Gift Glasses (4000 Gil) at the Armor Alley (only can be obtained between 15:00 – 17:00)

- Sleep at the inn until 2:00 Complete Quest 16 If needed, teleport to the Dead Dunes and Complete Quest 7 (Quest

giver can be found at the Ruffian) End Day 7

Days 8-12

Spend your EP each day until you have 4 X-Potions, 2 Mega Remedies, and 4 Phoenix Downs (Discard anything else if need it be)

Teleport to Yusnaan, buy Renegade (36000 Gil) from the Forge, and take the train back to Luxerion

Purchase Hesperides (36000 Gil) from the Forge If you want to skip to the end of the game, sleep at the Inn until 6:00

every day after However, on Days 6+ enemies start getting stronger but end up having

a significant chance of dropping better abilities than before and

upgrading equipment, meaning you can farm ability upgrades for the Final Day

Epilogue

Should you have complete a majority of your side quests, the Ultimate Lair becomes available for a one-day only event

Inside, the Last Ones shall appear to you without needing to extinct a single species prior
