Light Pole Base Safety Tower

Wilbert Precast

• Issues:

• 1-How to keep light pole base forms safely

secured during and after pour?

• 2-How to pour safely without standing on

top of a ladder?

• 3-How to accurately pour, to proper level,

tall forms?

ANSWER Light pole base safety tower. Five foot tall by 48” manhole base.

Flat slap top. (Obviously don’t put a block out in it). Safety railing.

Steps. Chains for securing forms.

Chain securing 8’ tall form.

This particular tower can secure five 24” diameter forms.

Eye bolts and chain connections.

Larger footing area compared to top of ladder. Increased efficiency

in pour times due to not having to reposition ladder for every form.

Simply just move in a circle.

Quick adjustment to second form.

Ability to see down into form and pour to proper height. Also safer

now for QC technician to do pre and post pour inspections.

Double checking pour level.

Thumbs Up!!! Happy, Safe, Efficient, and Correct!

Basic birds eye view.
