Many people associate the need for medical and financial powers of attorney withbeing elderly or infirm,when the bottom line is,no one can consent or act on behalfof another person if they are over 18 years of age. The size of the estate doesn’tmatter, large or small;you still have to handle these details for someone and cannotdo so without the proper powers of attorney.
