Introduction• MUET Library has been offering services since 1977, to

meet the institutional goals of newly upgraded university.

• The library moved to its new building in June, 2009.

In Reference section more than 18000 Collection is available in open access for faculty and students with security system.

• Reference Sources• Single copy of every title of the book which is available lending

collection.• Rare Books.(The out of print books)• Government Publications. • Magazines and newspapers• Scanning/ Photocopy facility

2. Circulation Collection Lending Collection.

In lending Collection more than 99000 books are available on engineering and its allied

fields according to syllabus

Book Bank.

In Books Bank more than 23000 text books are available on engineering and its allied

fields according to syllabus

Smart Card/Library Membership Process• The smart card form will be signed by the Chairman / Focal

Person of the department.

• The Library membership Challan will be available at MUET

Library & online Information center.

• Deposit all 03 Challans for Library membership and

University smart card.

• Form Verified/signed by Library Focal Person of Library.

• Form will be submitted to the ICPC for getting Smart Card.

• Fee for University smart card Rs.100.00 (Mandatory)

• Fee for library membership Rs.200.00 (Mandatory)
