Place of installation
To guarantee safe, comfortable and effective use of the equipment, the place ofinstallation must comply with certain specific requirements; in particular, beforechoosing where to install the equipment it is recommended to check the following:
- temperature between +10°C and +25°C;
- sufficient ventilation to maintain a humidity level between 20% and 90%, whenthe equipment is in use;
- adequate lighting, so that the physical exercise takes place in pleasant andrelaxing conditions;
- sufficient clearance on all sides of the equipment, taking into account itsmaximum dimensions during the movements, necessary for safety reasons;
- a flat, stable and vibration-free floor surface, with adequate carrying capacityfor the equipment’s weight.
If the equipment is installed in a public recreational area, the place must conformto all the requirements prescribed by the regulations in force.
WARNING
The equipment must be installed and used in a place whose accessand supervision are specifically controlled by the owner.

DANGER
The equipment must be moved with great care, due to the risk of ittipping over.
Lift the equipment from the weightstack side, as shown in the figure.
WARNING
Given the weight of theequipment, we recommendthat more than one person beinvolved in lifting it.
It is recommended to placesome padded material betweenthe frame and the liftingmachine.

Routine maintenance
WARNING
The safety of the equipment is assured only on condition that it iscarefully inspected for signs of damage and/or wear every two weeks.
Replace defective and worn components immediately, or alternativelyremove the equipment from service.
The equipment should always be kept clean and free of dust, in compliance withgood hygiene practice, especially if it is used in a gym or by more than one person.
To clean the padded parts, use a moist cloth or a sponge and mild soap.
Every week, clean the outer parts of the equipment using a damp sponge.
WARNING
Be careful not to rub with excessive force on the drawings andinstructions shown on the labels.

Routine maintenance
To lubricate the weight stack guides:
- remove the back panel of the weight stack (following the instructions found inthe section Removing the weight stack panel);
- use a soft cloth to remove any dust and oil residues from the guides;
- slightly moisten the cloth with the oil supplied;
- using this cloth, apply a very thin layer of lubricant over the guides, beingcareful not to apply too much;
- replace the back panel of the weight stack (following the instructions found inthe section Removing the weight stack panel in reverse order).
For maintenance actions not described in this manual, call in the TechnogymTechnical Service.

If any of the padded components show signs of wear, it is advisable, especially inthe interests of hygiene, to replace them completely.
In order to replace seats and backrests loosen the screws on the opposite sideto the padding.
In order to replace the roller pad extract the cap (A), unscrew the cover (B) and,eventually, extract the roller pad.

It is possible to take up some of theslack in the weight stack cable usingthe adjuster (C), after loosening thelock nut (B).
For this purpose, you will need to removethe back panel of the weight stack(following the instructions found in thesection Removing the weight stackpanel).
WARNING
To pull the cable taut afterreplacement, it may be helpful,when tightening the screws (A),to insert a thickness of approx.10 mm (1/2") under the firstweight in the weight stack.

To disassemble the panel (A):

Using the equipment
To access the seat comfortably push thebutton on the ROM lever (A) and pull thelever.
Lift the lever (B) under the handgrip onyour left and adjust the seat so that theback of your knees rest comfortablyagainst the pad (C); the roller pad restsabove your ankles.
Select the workload with the pin (D).
Select the desired start position with thehelp of the ROM lever (A).
Hold the handgrips for greater stabilityduring the exercise.

Bend and stretch both legs together in aslow, controlled movement.
Maintain a smooth controlled speedthrough the movement while staying incontrol of the weight. Do not allow platesto touch during the set.
At the end of the exercise push the ROMlever button, and then pull the levertowards you to lift the roller pad so youcan exit comfortably.
