Framework: The global IP study covers multiple dimensions and has a process orientation (IP Life Cycle)

9 May 2018

The survey will include a set of statements that you need to rate on a five-point Likert scale. You alwayshave the option to either chose “Unknown” or “Confidential”. Additionally, we have several questionswhere you either need to select, for example, the structural positioning of your IP department or to what

percentage you focus your work on licensing, protection-related, and analytics-related topics.Furthermore, we ask how you interact with your innovation teams and to what extend your IP team isintegrated along the overall innovation process. The questionnaire will also include questions on big dataand analytics, monetization, degree of digitalization, use of performance metrics, IP strategy and culture.
