Lean Six Sigma Black Belt TrainingLean Six Sigma Black Belt training provides a comprehensive understanding of both the Six Sigma process the tools oflean manufacturing needed to effect significant improvements in quality, efficiency, cost and customer satisfaction.Targeted specifically for those individuals who will be directing Lean Six Sigma teams on a full-time basis, students willlearn how to identify improvement opportunities, measure and analyze a process, develop, assess and implementsolutions, and establish controls to optimize and fix the gains. This program can be used as a stand-alone certificate orcan be adjusted for concepts already mastered through completion of Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training. Studentsreceive the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certificate upon successful completion of the program.

Hours: 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.Length 4 weeks

To obtain certification, studentswill be required to complete aLean Six Sigma project whilefunctioning as the team leader.The course sequence is offeredover a 4 to 6 month period toallow for project completion inline with the completion oftraining topics.
