You can’t refocus and reenergize when you allow yourself to be reminded 24/7 of work-related issues to address and challenges to tackle…

0 If that causes too much anxiety, at least designate specific “email time/s” when your family/friends are otherwise engaged.

Schedule chores

Set boundaries for household tasks—what you don’t get done this weekend will wait until next. When your To Do list at home rivals your To Do list at the office, you won’t have time to unwind and reflect!!

Exercise stimulates thinking and creativity. Make time for it on Saturday and Sunday!

Wake up at the Same Time

Tired? Go to bed earlier. Keep your Circadian rhythm consistent so you can wake up refreshed and ready for Monday!

Sleeping in on Saturday and Sunday can make you tired and sluggish on Monday!

Tips for a Good Night’s Sleep

Be sure your

room is dark

Exercise regularly

for deeper, more

continuous sleep

Unwind before you go to bed

Avoid eating too late

Steer clear of caffeine

and alcohol before bed

Keep your bedroom

temperature around 65º
