Nell starts by taking you through a coaching assessment that pinpoints the areas where you need most help. The assessment asks questions about various aspects of your nonprofit, your leadership style, your challenges, and your concerns.
Nell then meets with you to prioritize focus areas and set up a regular coaching schedule that meets your needs and schedule.

Nell meets with you on a regular basis via phone or web-conference over the course of 3-12 months, depending on your needs and priority issues.
As needed, Nell will also meet with board members and/or other members of your staff, depending on your priority issues.
