The use of the lighting technology listed above, by CTY Envirotech Pty Ltd, in its RESA is conditionally accepted.

Conditionally accepted products have met the requirements of the Energy Savings Scheme Rule of 2009 in force before 1 July 2014 but do not meet all the new requirements that have been introduced with the Rule Change. You can continue to create ESCs for your conditionally accepted products up to 30 June 2015 provided they are eligible under the rule. For any conditionally accepted product that you seek to create ESCs after 30 June 2015, you will need to resubmit an application to demonstrate that the product meets the new requirements.1

This letter should be kept as a record for the purposes of any compliance audit related requirements under the Scheme.

Please note that acceptance of the use of this lighting technology only applies to CTY Envirotech Pty Ltd for the purposes of its participation in the Energy Savings Scheme. Notwithstanding this acceptance, CTY Envirotech Pty Ltd has and must comply with its obligations under other legislation, including safety legislation, when considering use of this product in its RESA.
