Latham Link 2.0 Storefront Navigation

Document Purpose
Welcome to Latham Link 2.0. We excited to provide you this new interface and enhanced functionality
within the new order entry site! The site has been improved for navigation purposes and we have some
new features to share. Let’s take a look and see what’s new!
Assumptions: Customer already is familiar with Link 1.0 and with the order entry process. This document
is just for navigating the new Link 2.0 site. For any order entry questions, the existing customer order
entry document should be reviewed or please call customer service for help.
How to Navigate Latham Link 2.0
Part 1: Logging in!

As you can see above, there are a few changes on the log in screen. At the bottom of the screen, you will
see new options. A Contact Us tab will open up our Latham pool locations site page for any contact
information you may need. The site Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, GDPR, and the California Prop 65
tabs will bring you to copies of Latham disclosures. The Download Order Forms will bring you to a list of
all of available order forms for download. This was placed on the log in page so customers without log

in’s still have access to these documents. You will also be able to access the order forms once you have
logged in.
User Accounts enhancements:
We provided new functionality and security
around user accounts. You must choose an
administrator user for your account. The admin
user will have access to create new accounts and
disable old accounts within the new interface.
This option is more secure, added benefits
include the ability and flexibility to set up and
disable accounts. Note: Admin users will also be
able to view Latham loyalty information. Once an admin has been designated, they must use the
following instructions to log in for the first time.
Your user name will be your account number followed by “ADMIN” (do not include any dashes,
see example above).
Your password is your account number.
Note: This is a one-time only set up for the admin role. If you are unsure of your Latham account
number, please contact customer service. One the admin has logged in, from there they will be able to
create additional users, and this will be explained later in the document.
Once you have entered your customer ID and password, hit “Log In”. This will bring you to the
new Latham Link 2.0 homepage!
Part 2: Navigating the Home Page
Looks great right!? Some things have shifted a little bit from the previous version of Latham Link. Instead
of the navigation bar being on the side of the screen, we have placed it at the top of the screen for easy
access. This navigation ribbon hosts the “Home button, Brands, Quick Order, Cart, Search, and My
Account” options. On the ribbon below we have placed product lines. This provides your available
catalog for Latham products.

Underneath that in the main landing page of the site, you will see some great pictures of pools with our
product. Below these photos you will find a series of hyperlinks to our current promotions providing you
more information on each program. Below that, you will have the same options as seen on the log in
page for easy access.
Part 3: Navigation Bar
Here is a quick breakdown of your navigation toolbar or ribbon.
Home – Return to the home page by Clicking on “Home” from any window you are currently on. The
home screen or landing page is the screen that you see when you log in.
Brands – When you click on the
Brands drop down, it will show you
all your available brands for liners
and safety covers. This will support
quicker entry. If you want to jump
straight into an order, simply select
your brand from the drop down
and it will bring up the order entry
window for that brand and product
you selected.
Quick Order – New enhancement! This will be where you can enter bulk stock orders. More information
to be a fast follow on the Link 2.0 release.
Enhanced Cart – Here is where you can click to access orders that you have
entered. Once you are ready to check out, click on “Cart” and follow the

instructions. If you hover over the cart tab, it will show you how many items you currently have in the
cart along with how much it will cost.
Enhanced Search – Clicking on this will
give you a search box where you can
look up only orders or quotes you wish
to check on or recall.
My Account – Clicking on this tab will give you a drop down of multiple options. More details on each
section will follow below. My account is where you manage your users; update your address book etc.
Part 4: Enhanced “My Account”
As you can see, there are many new categories available within your account on Latham Link 2.0. Let’s
break down each section.
Payment Details – This brings you to your current
payment information including your billing address. If
anything on this screen needs to be changed or updated,
please contact customer service. See figure on right
Enhanced Address Book – This is where all of your saved addresses are stored. If you need to add a new
address or remove an existing address from your address book, this is where you will go. Each address
has options to the right of each line to either edit or remove the address. Any new addresses you use on
your orders will be automatically added to your address book!

Email Alerts and Faxes – This is very similar to the previous Latham Link look and functionality as it
pertains to updating your communication preferences. A main list of options will appear for items you
can adjust. The default account email address will be shown in the top box. If you hover over the
question marks, it will give you instructions on how to format multiple addresses etc.
To expand on each option, simply click on
the title of the category. This will bring a
drop down of all the items you may want to
utilize for important updates and alerts you
receive.
Once you have completed any updates,
click on “Save Updates” at the bottom of
the screen. This will ensure your changes
are saved into our system.
Enhanced security and Manage Users (admin only) – This option will only be available if you have an
admin log in account. This is where the admin will be able to go in and add/delete users and reset user
passwords. For further instruction on this process, please consult our
SOP on Customer Log In’s.
Change Account Password – This is where you would go to create your
new password after you have logged in for the first time. This is to
change your password for your personal account only. The system will
let inform you if the password is considered weak or strong.
Dealer Order Requests – For distributors this new functionality when it
becomes available will be where you go to approve dealer order
requests with your purchase orders. Indirect dealers will soon have their own accounts to enter their
orders. Distributors will have the ability to review, approve and add a purchase order. Once submitted
through Latham Link the order will be sent directly to us and we will design and manufacture it from
there!

Customer Service Team – This is a quick link to your team’s
contact information. If you have any questions, you will be
able to find our phone number right on the site!
Download Order Forms Here – Here is another access point for the order forms. Click here to access all
of the liner and cover order forms we have on file.
Enhanced Order History – Here is
where you will review a complete list
of all your orders, including the orders
that had to be sent to Latham for
entry. On this screen you will be able
to locate tracking information as well
as status of each liner or cover.
Custom Quotes – Here is where you will be
able to go back into quotes you had created in
your account. From there, you can convert a
quote into an order or pull up previous
information on a quote you entered. This will
provide access to quotes based on specific
time frames, 15 days, 30 days, or expired. To
recall a quote, click on the quote number
hyperlink and you will be able to review that
information.

Enhanced Latham Loyalty – This is a really
exciting new feature in Latham Link 2.0! On
this page you have the ability to review and
access a dealer’s information for the loyalty
program. This pulls directly from our cashback
program so when a dealer has questions as to
where they stand in the year, they can access it
right on Latham Link!
Note: This option may be restricted to only
admin users
Enhanced Add to Cart: The “Add to Cart” operation offers 3 buttons that navigate “Continue Shopping”,
“Go to Cart” and “Go Directly to Checkout”. Using the “Go Directly to Checkout” has been added to save
customers time for custom product entry and it is a benefit.

This was just a quick overview of the new Latham Link 2.0 storefront. We hope you enjoy the new look
and many of the new available features within the site. Please be on the lookout for more exciting
enhancements in the coming months.
