Austin Rees have chosenRockinghorse, a charity closelyassociated with the Royal AlexandraHospital and the Trevor Mann BabyUnit, as their nominated Charity for2013. This hospital, near to everyone’sheart, devotes themselves to thewellbeing of children of all ages. “Weare delighted to be able to assist thisessential unit raise funds in order forthem to continue helping children inneed of medical care,” says AndrewAustin of Austin Rees. “We weretouched by the generosity by allassociated with our firm including ourstaff who donated £2 each and our

contractors, some of whom donatedas much as £200, and also ourcustomers who visited our offices anddonated money.”

Austin Rees also created a link ontheir website where people couldpledge donations on ‘Elf On The 12th’.“We are delighted to have raised astaggering £1,508 towards the targetof £3,000 which the Rockinghorsewere hoping to raise on this day.Austin Rees would like to say amassive thank you to all those whomade this day such a success.”

A professionalwill re-plaster for a smooth finish and prep the walls ready for tiling.

When it comes to the tiling, cutting them to cater for the bathroom suite orpipes can be tricky – a professional decorator should work out the most costeffective way to tile the bathroom with minimum waste. If the number of tileshave been over estimated, check with the seller if you can returnedunopened boxes for a refund. It’s far better to have too many as there’snothing worse than running short after buying tiles in a sale only to find thecolour/range sold out and discontinued when you return for more.
