I wish to write my magazine in the style of CLASH's magazine (slightly informal) this is because I think that writing slightly informally allows the audience to not be overcome by intimidating language and overall connect more with the information they are being given.Another reason behind me doing this is because I believe it will be easier for people to read and understand, especially if I am going to be talking about new and upcoming alternative bands and artists-as I need to engage them as much as possible. I wish to adopt a relaxed style around my magazine as I believe people will find it interesting to read. I think including the latest news about an artist would help the audience gain information on them and would also gain their attention.

NME are another magazine that have influenced me to help me find my idea. I really like how they have interviewed Justin Bieber asking him how the media treat him as this is something which is not often heard about. This is something that I’d like to involve within my own magazine but perhaps not to the same extent- maybe instead I could have snippets of information about the alternative band and their life's as artists.
