Property Description:
This project is located south of a resource road, south of the Trans-Canada Highway and
south of Fischell’s River. The parcel of land contains a total of 58.8 acres or 23.8 hectares.
The existing land use is a combination of cutover and softwood forest with minor organic
deposits on the perimeter of the lot. The soil drainage in the lower elevations will range from
imperfect to poor.
