“As a resident of the town where this resort is located, I �gured that I would never have reason to stay there. But in October, due to the passing of my 92

year old mother, I rented the Lake House Lodge for my extended family members. It is beyond beautiful. Well equipped, wonderful view, friendly

and helpful sta�. �e lodge accommodated 10 people with ease...each bedroom having its own bathroom. �e kitchen was unbelievable...great room with �replace was perfect for gathering everyone together. Although it is only

2 miles from my home, I hope to stay at the Lake House again some day!”

“We were the �rst group ever to stay in the Lake House Lodge, and wehad a wonderful stay. �e Lodge is beautiful, spacious, has stunning

views of Lake Pontoosuc, an abundance of watercra�, and anoutstanding kitchen. Bedrooms are large, comfortable, each with its

own bathroom. Eleven of us stayed together for a week (including �vekids ranging in age from 4 to 18 yrs old) with plenty of space and comfort

for each to his or her own thing. �e Lodge has a lovely wraparound porch, and a large patio with comfortable furniture, lawn space,

and several spaces for congregating. �e only kinks were associatedwith the house being brand new, and I'm sure Eric and his very

responsive sta� has these worked out already. A great place to stay ina near perfect location!”

“Last week my family held our family reunion at the Berkshire LakeHouse. We were so excited to arrive a�er viewing the incredible photosof the property online and the ease of booking our stay online. From the

moment we arrived, until we checked out, our expectations wereexceeded over and over. �e caretaker on location was incredibly

helpful, even setting up a �re pit with assembled �rewood for our lastnight's s'mores roast. �e house and grounds were breathtaking. Every

amenity we could have asked for was provided. Five star bedrooms,beautiful bathrooms and my favorite the gourmet kitchen that provided

all the necessary tools for meals. My family and I shared some prettyspectacular memories on the lake in the provided kayaks. We

thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are so grateful for the incredibly kindand helpful owner and caretaker. We look forward to the next time we

“We stayed at �e Dockmasters Cottage and it was a great experience!�e cottage has two bedrooms and a pull out sofa that was perfect for

our family of 4, with two adult children. It is only 3 months old and nicelydecorated. We cooked in a lot and noticed the kitchen lacked some

items and we only received one dish cloth/towel. Paper towels were notprovided, which is usually always a staple in homes we rent. �e

cottage was not as far o� the road as we would have liked, but it wasstill very quiet. Cory, the groundskeeper, answered my questions

promptly and was always available, if needed. I'd de�nitely stay hereagain and highly recommend it!!”
