What You Need1 package of Ditalini pasta (salad macaroni), 7 oz. 1 cabbage head, shredded1 medium onion, Þnely chopped2 celery ribs, Þnely chopped1 medium cucumber, Þnely chopped1 green bell pepper, Þnely chopped1 medium carrot, shredded

Pasta Slaw

DRESSING1 1/3 c mayonnaise1/3 c sugar1/4 c apple cider vinegar1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper

Directions¥ Cook pasta, drain, rinse and place in large bowl.¥ Combine remaining salad ingredients and refrigerate.¥ Blend all dressing ingredients and pour over the top of the salad.¥ Mix thoroughly. ¥ Refrigerate until ready to eat.
