• Remember your preferences when you log in – like personalising layout

• Remember what you’ve bought before to recommend things you’re more likely to want

Tracking

When you sign in to Google, it tracks your

searches and which sites you visit to advertise

things on the results page

How can Image Reflections use Cookies?• To personalise the site for users

– So their photographic session images are always easy to access

• To advertise new products on the site– So they advertise new photographic products to the

users that are most likely to be interested– E.g. if you bought a ‘kids’ shoot before then you

might want another one?– E.g. if you buy an ‘engagement’ session you may

later need a wedding photographer

• To advertise other company’s products
