What Is Logix?

Logix is the combination of Programmable

Automation Controllers (PACs) with a common

control engine and development environment ControlLogix® (Large Control Systems) + Studio 5000®

CompactLogix™ (Small to Medium Control Systems) + Studio 5000®

GuardLogix® (Safety Control Systems) + Studio 5000®\

The Studio 5000 Logix Designer® application is the evolution of

RSLogix 5000® software and will continue to be the product to

program Logix5000™ controllers for discrete, process, batch,
