    urged by organizations of persons with disabilities.5. Active participation of DPOs (Disabled Persons Organizations) indrafting the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilitiesa. Opinions of DPOs were fully reflected in the Convention.

    III. Emerging issues (inclusive development)1. Inclusion of disability concerns in the Millennium Development
