ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

FITTINGS FOR THE KYOTO COLLECTIONTHESE ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS APPLY TO THE FOLLOWING MODELS:

• Kyoto Bed, Kyoto Bed with Headboard

• Kumo Bed, Kumo Bed with Headboard

• Kobe Bed, Kobe Bed with Headboard

3 X NUTS*

3 X DOME HEAD BOLT*

4 X WASHERS

1 X ALLEN KEY

3 X HALF

MOONWASHER*

1 X SPANNER

4 X SCREWS

6 X FLAT HEAD

BOLT

1.Place the rails on the  legs as

shown, then screw in the flat head bolts with the allen key.

* 2 IF SINGLE BED

(only additional tool required is a Philips head screwdriver):

* Please note - All timber sections have numbers pressed into the timber where they are tied together to indicate how they should be positioned (e.g side

rail hole1 connects to leg rail hole1). 

* Please note - Single bed bases will not include a centre rail

2.Using the dome headed

bolts connect the headboard panel to the side/centre rails

- secure with the half moon washers and nuts. Tighten

with the spanner.

Position the head end panel and foot end panel - secure using the small

washers and screws provided.* If you have ordered a bed without a headboard please

ignore this step.

* Please note - if you have ordered a standard single (90cm) or super-king (180cm) bed base you will also

receive a set of double slats with sliders. These slats are for holes 4-9 from the head of the bed base.

Place the end caps on the sprung slats and attach

(centre of the gently curved slats should be upwards)
