Total Pump Management is a modular service concept for pumps, valves, motors and other rotating equipments. To create their KSB service contract, customers can choose from and combine all modules found under the three features: Services, Reliability and Conditions. On this basis, our experts develop the KSB service contracts in cooperation with the customer – from single maintenance modules to a Total Pump Care Package. This offers maximum planning reliability and optimum availability of the pump system, maintenance and life cycle costs are significantly reduced.

KSB’s FluidFuture® energy efficiency concept looks at the entire hydraulic system and demonstrates all the options you can use to optimise your processes and your systems. FluidFuture® offers you five modules for lowering the energy costs of your hydraulic system – throughout the entire life cycle.
KSB Sonolyzer
In just a few seconds, the KSB Sonolyzer measures the noise frequency of the asynchronous motor and checks whether there are potential energy savings to be made, thus enabling an increase in pump efficiency. To do so, the app uses an estimation algorithm that was developed by KSB and is the first of its kind on the market. It can be used not only on KSB pumps but also on rotating equipment produced by many other manufacturers.

SES (System Efficiency Services):
Pumps not optimally matched to the system conditions consume too much energy. As part of the tried and tested SES Services, process and vibration values are recorded at the site with a data logger. Based on the measurements of KSB’s SES Services, you will be presented a clear overview of your system’s current efficiency as well as recommendations on how to improve it. This not only makes the operation of your pumps and valves more sustainable, it also markedly lowers life cycle costs.

KSB Automation
VRC (Valve Remote Control System)
The AMRI-SEIL VRC system is designed for position indication and electro-hydraulic remote control of hydraulically actuated valves.
ODME (Oil Discharge Monitoring Equipment)
An equipment for observing and deciding to discharge the cargos according to the rules when each tanker hull is cleaned with sea water after discharging cargos reloading another cargos. They are discharged again after being stored in the slop tank.
PUMPDRIVE
The new PumpDrive is the latest generation of KSB’s speed control systems. It ensures demand-driven pump operation and, hence, maximum energy savings. PumpDrive continuously matches the speed of the pump to actual system demand, ensuring energy-efficient and reliable operation of pumps. Demand-driven operation saves up to 60 % on energy and increases both the efficiency and the availability of pumps.
PUMPMETER
KSB’s PumpMeter measures all key data of a pump’s operation and presents them on an easy-to-read display.
