1. EMPLOYEE: Ermie G. Malonzo 2. DATE OF EMPLOYMENT: February19, 2015 to February 18, 2016 3. JOB LOCATION: As Perdido Road, As Lito Saipan, CNMI, USA 4. POSITION: Heavy Equipment Mechanic 5. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To diagnose, adjust, repair or overhaul mobile mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, such as cranes, bulldozers, graders excavators, trucks, profilers and conveyors, used in construction. Employee must have his/her transportation to and from various job sites at which Employee may be to work from day to day. 6. WORK HOURS: Generally, Employee’s full time work hours are identified as 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Chamorro Standard Time, Monday through Friday and such other times as the needs of the Company’s business require. 7. SALARY: $ 6.10 per hour (or the minimum wage applicable to the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, whichever is higher) plus 1.5 x Employee’s base wage for overtime hours worked. 8. LEAVE BENEFITS: As per US Labor Law, under the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA). 9. WITHHOLDINGS: Amounts payable to Employee hereunder shall be subject to the appropriate withholdings for taxes in accordance with applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations. 10. Cause shall include, but shall not be limited to: Employee’s incompetence or insubordination, Employee’s failure to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and/or any addendum hereto, Employee’s unsatisfactory work, Employee’s misconduct or for Employee’s violation of any of the Company’s policies, procedures, rules or regulations.
