• Less email please. When we get so many we tend to not take them seriously and put off reading them. Please give email a descriptive subject line as well. – Plan: We will try to format subject lines so you know what program the

email is about. Example: WALK WITH EASE: Leader Training

– We will more closely monitor what responses we release to the entire listserv. (we do filter many messages)

• Could you change the listserv into a blog format?– Unfortunately, we have many restrictions on social media use. Right now,

it is very difficult for us to use social media such as Facebook, Twitter and blogs.

• I find it [KOHP leader webpage] difficult to navigate to find what I need sometimes.– We are taking you through the steps to access in 3, 2, 1 …

•From your browser window, click on the "Tools" menu.•From the "Tools" menu, click on "Internet Options". •From the "Internet Options" window, select the "Security" tab near the top of the window.•Within the "Security" tab, click on the "Custom Level" button.•Scroll all the way to the bottom of the "Custom Level" menu.•Find the option labeled "Allow websites to prompt for information using scripted windows". (It is usually the third option from the bottom.)•Click the "Enable" button directly below this option.•Click "OK" at the bottom of the window to save your changes.•Click "OK" (again) at the bottom of the window.•Access the website, and you should be able to get in.
