The programme aims to:

potential

• provide students with leadership skills that will enable

them to act responsibly in all aspects of their lives

• help students develop their leadership abilities so they will

be able to meet present and future challenges in a global

society

• provide students with opportunities to practise leadership

skills within a learning environment

You eaL P is a 32 hour package with fully-integrated with

classroom delivery and online learning, games and activities.

The programme has been specifically designed with the idea of

involving parents in the learning process, and for them to work

with the student, teacher and school with the objective of

maximising students' leadership potential.

YouLeaP has two levels:
