Custom Kits Introducing
Dishie Multi
• Hi there! Our new spring yarn colors
have just arrived, and we’re excited to
share them with you! CotLin, Comfy,
Shine, and Dishie have new shades in
each line, and we’ve also added variegated
Dishie Multi to our lineup to make your
dishcloths a little more playful.
Speaking of multicolor yarn lines, our
2012 Felici self-striping sock yarn colors
are here – you can find them all on page
28. There are still some 2011 Felici colors
from last year available, and you can see
the full selection of in-stock colors online.
Chroma, our slow-transitioning color
changing yarn, was a huge hit last year.
We have new colorways available in both
fingering and worsted weight, and there’s
a little of something for every taste – soft
pastels, juicy purples, muted rainbows, and
complicated neutrals. Make sure to check
out our blog as we post the projects that
we’ve knit or crocheted in new colors!
In this catalog, we’re also introducing
our new Custom Kits that allow you
to choose your own size and colors for
a given pattern. When you buy the
downloadable pattern, you’ll get 15%
off the yarn to make your project! This
discount only applies to the yarn for that
pattern, though, and you’ll see your total
savings at the bottom of your shopping
cart page. Personally, these Custom Kits
are a great fit for my style of knitting,
since I tend to knit a lot of solid-color
garments and accessories.
As always, if you have any questions about
our products (new or old), feel free to
give us a call or send us an email!

the coastlines of the Northwest. If you are out on the town, spending a long weekend at the
beach or going out for a hike, the timeless look of the Aran designs found in Rocky Shores
will let you take a piece of the Northwest coastline with you, no matter where you are.

Just because a yarn is durable and hardwearing
doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice your love
of color! The same Dishie that you know and
love is now available in a fun range of multi-
color shades. New Dishie Multi lets you choose
from subtle, tonal shades or go for bright and
bold tones with fun pops of color. Use Dishie
Multi with simple stitches for quick and easy
dishcloths, hand towels, and home décor, or
experiment by combining with Dishie’s selection
of solids for even more colorful possibilities!

INTRODUCING
Aloft™ Lace 75% Super Kid Mohair, 25% Silk246 yards/25 gram ball $6.99/25g ball
Nothing quite compares to the luxury of Aloft. Incredibly
airy and light, Aloft’s shimmering silk core adds strength
and a wonderful drape while the halo of super kid mohair
endows every project with superb softness.
Shorn from the finest young Angora goats, the super
kid mohair not only adds a surprising warmth, but it
also allows Aloft to be extremely versatile. Try working
with Aloft on larger needles or hooks for an instant fix
of effortless chic, or use a smaller gauge to achieve the
perfect lightweight cardigan that you will want to layer
over every outfit.
The beauty of Aloft lies in the fact that it doesn’t take
much to make your project shine! Start with simple
textures, such as garter stitch, for projects that are sure to
impress. And if your weakness is lace, be sure to remember
to use lifelines as the halo of the mohair can easily felt
together when working back rows. There are so many
qualities that make Aloft special; now it is time for you to
discover which ones you love most!
