Highlands Council Approval Required:
• Capital Project Review (N.J.S.A. 13:20-16)
Within the preservation area, any capital or other project of a State or local government that involves the ultimate disturbance of 2 acres or more of land or a cumulative increase in impervious surface by 1 acre or more shall be submitted to the council for review;
o Highlands Council Committee to review Consistency Findings prepared by staff
o Committee makes recommendation to Council
o Council votes at Highlands Council Hearing at the August or September, 2018 meeting
