Zechariah’s robot has a special slideshow of stars in its head. You have to peep into the robot’s head and move

the purple lever to the left and right to change the pictures.

Mira pointed out the different body parts of her cat to her classmates and said “my cat’s fur is very soft.”

Matthias made a wand using 4 pieces of Lego crane arm parts.

Jack told the class that you need to press two green buttons to help the triangles move around in the water. In

order to win, you have to form a pyramid with the triangles.

Cassidy counted the number of colours that her pen had. It had 8 different ink colours.

Beatrice was not sure what to call her toy but she said “I played with it when I was baby. But I am a big girl

now and I can dance with it.”


Fun & Movement

Mass Activity

Holding the steering wheels of the car or the handle or the motorcycle,

the children learn to listen for the cues given!

Putting their listening skills to the test!

“Red light!” Stop!

“Amber light!” Move slowly

“Green light!” Go

“It’s raining” Move hands like a wiper

“Traffic jam!” Form a line in their colour groups where the

teacher is standing at

A recap on their rolling skills!

To look at their friend before they pass the ball.

As they practice their sliding skills,

the children were reminded that they should not be crossing their feet when sliding.

Learning to pass and catch a ball.

As some may be frightened by a ball being thrown at them,

they may avoid the ball rather than attempt to catch it.

A squishy foam ball was used to aid the children.

A game to test their aiming skills!

They also learn to estimate and anticipate the ball that is thrown their way!


They children kept asking for another round! (:

It was also a good opportunity to teach the children about integrity.

To admit that they were hit and move out of the parameter to be a thrower.

They coloured the template of an excavator and teachers help to cut and assemble the parts.

The children went on a magic train ride!

A ride that made them jump off and board the train many times,

taking them through different places and putting a smile to their faces!

The children learnt to listen and respond quickly to the whistle blowing in the song -

that they may not be left out from the magic train ride.


You may find that in the weeks to come,

much less will be revealed here, in the Music & Movement segment!

This is so, as we will be commencing our concert practices!!

The children are definitely excited,

and we hope to prepare ourselves to put up a good performance for all parents and visitors! 😊
