Finding the right adhesives and methods without interrupting custormer’s production

We provide our customers state-of-the-art testing facilities. our automatic adhesive spreading system allows to adjust its settings to correspond the settings of the customer’s own product line and study the adhesive and material behavior during the process – without interrupting the actual production process in the plant. The system includes the spreading automatism, glue table and heated press, and it can simulate both non-stop and one-shot gluing processes.

Production simulation is needed, for example, when defining optimal open time and press time for the adhesive. The picture below describes the testing process with three different adhesives.

Low emission M1 products

nearly all Kiilto PvaC adhesives for the joinery industry and most of Kiilto 2-component polyurethane adhesives are M1-classified low emission products.

nearly all Kiilto PvaC adhesives that comply with standard en 204/D2, D3 and D4 classes are M1-classified. 2-component polyurethane ad-hesives are typically used for sandwich panel and filter manufacture.

We are the first adhesive manufacturer to provide a complete range of M1-classified adhesives for the window frame and door manufac-ture. We want to promote the sales and development of low emission products by offering safe and sustainable solutions for the industry.
