PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTSWash hands, forearms and face thoroughly after handling. For specific treatment, see supplemental First Aid section on this label.

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE)Wear chemical-resistant protective gloves/coveralls over protective clothing including a shirt and pants/socks and shoes/eye protection/face protection. A face shield is required when cleaning equipment, mixing or loading. Take off contaminated clothing and wash before reuse. If clothing or other absorbent materials are heavily drenched with this product do not reuse them. Follow manufacturer’s instructions for cleaning/ maintaining PPE. If no such instructions for washables, use detergent and hot water. Keep and wash PPE separately from other washables.

FIRST AIDIF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of water. If skin irritation occurs get medical

attention.

IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists, get medical attention.

IF SWALLOWED: Rinse mouth. DO NOT induce vomiting. Seek medical attention if you feel unwell.

IF INHALED: Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing.

KICKER PRO®

WATER CONDITIONING AND DRIFT CONTROL AGENT

GENERAL INFORMATIONKICKER® PRO contains water conditioning properties and a homogenized deposition agent designed to improve the precision of spray applications and reduce off-target drift. It is suitable for use on both conventional and transgenic crop varieties. When used at labeled rates, KICKER® PRO will automatically optimize the angle of the spray pattern as the spray exits the nozzle to give maximum coverage of target surfaces while minimizing “pattern fringe,” which contains the most driftable particles.

KICKER® PRO is intended for use as a tank-mix adjuvant where a deposition or drift control agent is required or recommended. KICKER® PRO technology has been proven to increase glyphosate activity. This product also contains emollients, which may improve absorption of herbicides into leaf surfaces. KICKER® PRO also contains buffering and sequestering agents to adjust pH to a neutral range.

KICKER® PRO may be used when the pesticide label recommends the use of a deposition aid or drift control agent. It is not intended as substitute for surfactants or crop oil concentrates.

DIRECTIONS FOR USEKICKER® PRO is intended for use with products registered for agricultural, horticultural, turf, ornamental, industrial, and non-crop use. KICKER® PRO should be added to the diluted spray solution prior to the addition of any pesticides.

KICKER PRO contains the equivalent of 2 pounds ammonium sulfate per gallon.

NOTE: No product will provide 100% control of harmful spray drift. The efficacy of KICKER® PRO and the effects of the spray application may be affected by various environmental factors and the condition and operation of the spray equipment. Periodic calibration of spray equipment and visual inspection of the spray application may necessitate an adjustment of the adjuvant rate.

When used according to the Directions For Use, KICKER® PRO is compatible with most pesticides and fertilizers.

KICKER® PRO technology has been tested on several transgenic crop varieties with no negative effects, and can be considered safe for use on transgenic crops.

ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDSDo not contaminate water sources by cleaning of equipment or disposal of wash water.

STORAGE AND DISPOSALDo not contaminate water, food, or feed by storage or disposal.

Storage: Store above 32°F. Keep this container tightly closed. Store in original container. Do not allow water or other chemicals to be introduced into contents of container. Do not store near feed or food products. Do not use or store near an open flame.Disposal: Wastes resulting from the use of this product must be disposed of on site or at an approved waste disposal facility. Triple rinse (or equivalent) during mixing and loading. Recycling decontaminated containers is the best option of container disposal. The Agricultural Container Recycling Council (ACRC) operates the national recycling program. To contact your state and local ACRC recycler, visit the ACRC web page at www.acrecycle.org. Decontaminated containers may also be disposed of in a sanitary landfill.
