ABOUT THE DIRECTORGAIL BERNARDI - As a 12-year member of Ken1wood Players, Gail hasacted in and directed many shows. She most recently directed TheHeiress, Ken1wood's May-June production. Her last acting job was inCome Blow Your Horn. Gail was a theatre major at Carnegie Mellon butthanks Ken1wood for giving her the opportunity to continue to learn andgrow.

ABOUT THE PRODUCERSRICHARD POTIHOFF - Plaza Suite marks Richard's 6th foray from hisusual spot in the light booth into the producer's spotlight. He is planningfor this collaboration with Michelle and Gail to rival his previousproducing successes with Man of La Mancha and A Funny ThingHappened... As always, his Ken1wood activities are performed with thepermission and assistance of is lovely wife Fatima.

MICHELLEROSEN(Co-producer/Karen Nash) - Michelle has served in var-ious positions on the Board of Directors at Ken1wood including PresidentVice-president and Plays Committee Chairman. She has won numerousMarcom Masque awards. Michelle has been seen prominently in manyKP productions such as Fiddler on the Roof, Broadway Bound, Pippin,Legends, Beau Jest, Octette Bridge Club, Guys & Dolls, Anne of a Thou-sand Days and Cheaters.

ABOUT THE CASTKLAIRN. BYBEE(Sam Nash) - A NLifetimeNKen1wood member, Klalr lastappeared as Hero's father in A Funny Thing Happened .... He has alsoappeared as the priest in The Runner Stumbles and 6 Rms Riv Vu. Klairtaught drama at Fontana, Morningside and Hawthorne High Schools. Hehas appeared in many productions at the Group Rep. in North Hollywoodand the Glendale Center Theatre, plus many television shows andmovies such as Diagnosis Murder, General Hospital, Deep Impact, For-rest Gump, Clear and Present Danger, MacArthur, Fireball Forward andMae Wesrs 5extette.

SHERIDAN COLE(Norma Hubley) - Sheridan, a KP member for over 25years and a past president, played Miss McCormack in Ken1wood's firstproduction of Plaza Suite in the 70's. Since then she has worked on manyshows as actress, producer or director, winning a supporting actressaward for Death of a Salesman. She recently directed Arsenic and OldLace and the Nell Simon comedy Come Blow Your Horn. She is happy tobe on the other side of the footlights this time around.

BEN LUPEJKIS(Jesse Kiplinger) - Ben reprises a role he played 21years ago In his home state of Virginia - an incarnation that had morehair and less waist. This marks his second enlistment at Kentwood,having played Marcus Lycus in A Funny Thing Happened ... in 1998.During the interim, Ben performed as an overworked, underpaidEnglish/drama teacher in Los Angeles. When he's not swinging onstage, he can sometimes be found swinging a hammer, and recentlyserved as set coordinator for Arsenic and Old Lace.

BETSYRUBINO (Jean McCormackiMimsy) - Betsy's excited to beperforming with the Kentwood Players. She has an MFA. hasperformed theatrically across the country and has received two bestactress awards. Her television, film and commercial work isextensive. She's been a news reporter, a talk show hostess and ashopping network hostess. Sketch comedy and improvisation arefavorites as she's worked with Second City and The Wildside TheatreCompany.

JEFFREYscon (Bellhop, Waiter, Borden Eisler) - Jeff would like to firstthank the cast and crew for all of the fun and frivolity! An establishedand award winning actor/director/choreographer - Jeff was last seenon Kentwood's stage in Sylvia, in addition to a history with Kentwoodthat started when he was 1S(yeah ... that was only a few short yearsago), Look for his name (or a form of it) associated with futureKentwood productions. Champagne anyone?!

VALERIESULLIVAN (Muriel Tate) - Valerie is thrilled to be back on theKentwood stage where she recently played the Mother Superior InNunsense. Other favorite roles include Miss Hannigan in Annie,Abby in Arsenic and Old Lace, Mammy Yokum in Li'I Abner and a fivemonth engagement as the female lead in Bottoms Up at the GoldRiver Resort in Nevada.

JACK WEINTRAUB (Roy Hubley) - The current show marks Jack's 29thanniversary with Kentwood Players, with key roles in areaproductions over the years far too numerous to mention here.Among personal favorites to date are Quixote in Man Of La Manchaand Doc in Mister Roberts. Jack would like to dedicate this

. performance to his loving and devoted wife Jamie, "the one whomakes it all worthwhile."
