Effects Control• Select image or video• Click Effects Control on the upper left-had section• Click Motion• Select Scale and Position

Place Markers• Go to the point at which you want your image to be zoomed,

place a marker, and adjust the Scale• At that same marker, adjust the Position up or down & left and

right for the image or videos location in the screen• For both of these just slide your mouse left or right when you

hover over the numbers and see the little arrows

Ken Burns Effect• Premiere automatically fills in the frames between the first

marker and the one you place, creating a continuous motion of panning and zooming

• This seems to work best with landscape images or video so you can pan from left to right while zooming, all without having black borders

• This effect creates motion even for a still photo, which can add effect to your project

• It also allows you to focus on different parts of an image or video and present it more interestingly
