The Gate of KCR 2020

Visit the Virtual Congress with an on-site 3D implementation of COEX! From the Virtual

Congress Main Hall, you can move to eight online live lecture halls, an e-poster space, and a

3D virtual exhibition hall for partnering companies to introduce the latest technology trends.

1. Visit the KCR 2020 website (https://kcr4u.ezv.kr/) and click “Join Virtual Congress”.

2. Log in with the ID and password provided to pre-registrants.

3. You can enter the Live Session, E-poster, and Virtual Exhibition Hall after log-in.

Online Lecture Hall1. Program at a Glance

You can check the program at a glance and enter the current Live Session to take the

course under “Program at a Glance” in the Online Lecture Hall.

2. Current Live Room

You can check the session information of the room where the live session is currently in

progress, and you can enter the live session by selecting the room you want to visit.

3. Live Session Room

1. Notice: Information to be announced to the participants in KCR 2020 online classrooms,

and urgent announcements will be posted on the Notice category.

2. Room Selection: If you click “Room Selection” while attending a lecture, you can move

to another session happening simultaneously.

3. Question: Please select the Q&A category of the online conference hall and enter

your lecture-related questions. All questions will be delivered to the moderator, and

the moderator will select some of the questions and deliver them to the speaker to

answer. However, for those of you who have difficulty being present at the site due

to COVID-19, it will be difficult to proceed with Q&A as it is replaced with a recorded

lecture.

4. Voting: Voting is held in the Interactive Session (Case-based Review). When the Voting

start guide slide appears, click the Voting category in the online lecture hall and select

an answer.

5. Help desk: If there is an error in the online platform device during the online course,

please click on the Help desk on the Main Hall to send your question, and a technician

in charge will respond to it.

Virtual Exhibition Hall

Visit the Virtual Exhibition Hall to access sponsors and exhibitors, the Photo Contest gallery,

Industry Theater, and more. You can check the latest technology trends of partnering

companies at the 3D-Virtual Exhibition Hall. If you participate in the stamp tour event through

the mobile app, you can receive a predetermined prize.

Mobile QR Code Event

Visit the 3D booths of 16 sponsors, scan the QR code, and complete the QR code image.

Domestic participants can participate once a day and receive different KakaTalk emoticon

products every day. For international participants, a 20% discount coupon on the

registration fee for KCR 2021 is available.

* How to participate

1. Enter the Virtual Congress Hall and visit the 16 3D booths.

2. Scan the QR code of each booth through the mobile app and complete the image.

3. Screenshot the completed image and submit it to the KCR 2020 Secretariat.

* Prizes will be sent out on a first-come, first-served basis after the congress.

Certificate of Attendance

All participants can download and print a certificate of attendance through ‘My Page’ at

the congress website (www.kcr4u.org). This service will be available after the congress.

Mobile AppKCR mobile web service features full abstracts, as well as the daily program schedule and

the important daily notices allowing you to access real-time information on KCR 2020.

Abstract Book The online Abstract book will be available on the website and

mobile application. We do not provide a printed version of the

abstract book.
