Cyclone phailin rapid response in the area of district Ganjam,Odisha. The destruction count more than people are reported injured and an displaced from their homes after a high velocity cyclone hit at Ganjam in Odisha on 12th oct 2013 devastating lakhs of life. This Phailin unleashed a high tidal surge and low lying regions overflowing the embankments washing off thousand of households making a landfall in this coastal area of Ganjam.
