The Council shall exercise such powers, perform such duties and functions in accordance with theprocedure laid down in UCC norms for the Kakatiya Institute of Technology & Science, Warangal.

The meeting of the Council shall ordinarily be convened as and when necessary, at least once in a year.

However, any member of the Academic Council shall cease to be a member when he vacates theoffice, which he was holding at the time of his/her appointment, unless otherwise permitted by theauthority.
