Examine FIVE influences on the choice of the new production site location. (25 marks)

Q3 (a) Explain the key features of Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) for planning and control in operations management. (12 marks)

(b) Explain Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP II) and suggest how it differs from MRP. (13 marks)

Q4 Examine the objectives and cost implications of preventive maintenance and repair maintenance. (25 marks)
