SECOND SOUTH LAKES CONFERENCE
The Second South Lakes Conference took place on May 21st at the Strathmore Hotel in Morecambe. It was organised by Ron Ainscough who is the president of the chapter. The conference was well attended by members from all over the UK
and were encouraged and taught in how the Gifts of the Spirit should be working in our lives. The main speaker was Peter Brown, a local minister, who with his great zeal and passion brought an excellent message in how and why we should be using the gifts of the Spirit. The
Second speaker was our own much travelled Allan Jones who again testi-fied to the mighty power of our God on his mission to Africa and the won-drous things that the Lord has and is doing through the Ministry of the BMF in Kenya as both he and David Walker (Scotland) were travelled on their last mission. We also had testimonies from Steven Turnbull, BMF CEO, Gilbert Speakman and of course Ron Ain-scough who is a great encouragement to all BMF mem-bers with his zeal for the Gospel and his passion to see men saved and working in the Kingdome of God. There was also excellent worship led by George Collins bringing all who attended before the throne of Grace to give worship and Glory to Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour
