by this wonderful organization. For more information about
NNORC, take a yellow newsletter from the table in the gathering
area or visit www.jfsneny.org/nnorc. Please call NNORC at (518)

PRAYER SHAWL MINISTRY NEWS
Our next gathering is on Thursday, July 25th from 1:00-3:00pm
in the Parish Center. If you bought yarns to knit or crochet
shawls, lap robes, etc., please bring all receipts to submit for
reimbursement. Thank you and we hope to see everyone again.
Please note that year round we continue to gift our projects to
our parishioners, local organization’s clients and hospital pa-
tients. Thank you, Fr. John Cronin, for your presence at our
June 27th gathering. Your anointing of our hands means a lot to
our ministry. Please do keep in touch and may God’s blessings
be upon you always. - J. Olimpo

PLEASE HELP US UPDATE OUR RECORDS!
If you are aware of a parishioner who is homebound or living in a
nursing home or assisted living residence, please let us know so
we can update our records. We would like to include these parish-
ioners as recipients of our visitation, greeting cards and flower
ministries so they know that they are remembered by their Mater

DIOCESAN MISSION APPEAL
The Unites States Conference of Catholic Bishops organizes the
Diocesan Mission Appeals program each year to support Dioces-
es that are in mission territory, that is they lack the resources to
provide basic pastoral ministry to their populations. This week-
end Deacon Gary Rudemiller from the diocese of Lexington, KY
will be with us to assist Fr. James at Mass and preach the homily,
sharing some of the challenges of serving the needs of such a
mission diocese. Please welcome him with Christian hospitali-
ty. There will be a second collection today to support this im-
portant ministry
