ORDER GRANTING UNITED STATES TRUSTEE’S MOTION TO

APPROVE STIPULATION FOR JUDGMENT DENYING

DISCHARGE BASED ON WAIVER OF DISCHARGE

THIS MATTER came before the Court upon the United States Trustee’s Motion

to Approve Stipulation for Judgment Denying Discharge Based on Waiver of Discharge

(Dkt. No. 11; the “Motion”). In the Motion, the United States Trustee seeks (i) the entry

of an order approving the Stipulation for Judgment Denying Discharge Based on Waiver

of Discharge (Dkt. No. 12; the “Stipulation”), executed by and between the United States

Trustee and Defendant, Charles Randolph Lance (the “Defendant”); and (ii) the entry of a

final judgment denying the Defendant’s discharge. The Court, having considered the

Motion, the Stipulation and the record in this proceeding, it is

ORDERED that:

1. The Motion (Dkt. No. 11) is GRANTED.

2. The Stipulation (Dkt. No. 12) is APPROVED.

3. The Court will enter a separate Final Judgment Denying the Defendant’s

Discharge.
