Summary I’m born in Skopje on 28.02.1969. On 15.06.1993 I acquired Dipl.Eng. in electronics and telecommunication at Faculty for Electrical and Information Technologies, SS Cyril and Methodious University in Skopje, with diploma thesis titled: PC compatible card for acquisition of electromyography signals. At same faculty in 08.11.2002 I finished Masters of Science studies with master thesis titled: Modeling, planning and optimization of survivable WDM networks (available at: http://kozle.duckdns.org:81/?page_id=910 ). I attended PhD studies on the same faculty and on 27.12.2014 I successfully defended my PhD thesis titled: Cooperative communications in wireless relay channels. (available at: http://kozle.duckdns.org:81/?page_id=910 ). Up to now I have been involved in many scientific and research projects in network modeling and optimization of optical transport network, modeling and optimization of radio coverage in wireless networks, modeling and performance analysis of wireless relay channel. My scientific interests are: - Wireless networks - Digital Signal Processing - Information Theory - Optical networks - Communication and Information theory for wireless relay channels, - Performance analysis of wireless channels - Mathematical modelin and monte carlo simulations - Optimization of optical and wireless networks I’m more then 22 years engaged on different positions in Makedonski Telekom AD - Skopje. My background in the last 10 years includes managing the post-sales department responsible for ICT Project Implementation for Key, Large and Governmental customers. The activities covered in the department are system integration project management, service provisioning, tender bidding, billing registration, SAP invoicing, VIP contact center and complains handling for business customers and business solutions' CAPEX project management. In this period for one year I served as an Acting Director of the Business Customers Area compounded from pre-sales, sales and post-sale departments. In these positions, I demonstrated the ability to resolve a variety of managerial issues crucial for achieving excellent performance of the Business area for many years. For example, I have successfully designed a viable incentive model covering key accounts managers, solution and project managers. Moreover I have succeeded in building the long-lasting business relations with the key accounts and the business partners based on mutual trust and respect. As a manager I consistently met my individual targets as well as group targets tightly related to the performance of my team. Previously, for the period of 6 years I was head of International Transmission and Maintenance Department responsible for management and maintenance of SDH, PDH, TDM and synchronization network for a major telecommunications carrier in Macedonia. During this post I optimized the maintenance work by coaching the technicians working in shifts and introduction of better time schedules for the shifts. Moreover, I build the first fully functional NMC and introduced the second-level support contact center for transmission faults and incidents. During the period of 5 years in which I worked as an engineer and then leaded the engineer team for installation and measurement of SDH, PDH and TDM networks, I excelled the skills for design, configuration, installation and measurement of digital transmission networks. As an engineer I connected and tested most of the SDH nodes in the transmission network of the incumbent operator in Macedonia. 1

In the beginning of my telco engineering career I gained considerable knowledge andexperience in installation and maintenance of Data Communication Networks (X.25, FrameRelay and IP Networks).
During my first postgraduate year I worked as a engineer for design and implementation ofthe embedded micro-controller systems for automation of variety of industrial processes.
I also have strong computer proficiencies in programming (Visual Basic, VBA, C, C++, C#,Python, PHP, HTML, CSS), database programming and data mining (Microsoft SQL, MySQL,Microsoft Access), Matworks Matlab® Programming, Advanced usage and programming ofCAS (Maple, Mathematica), Office Applications (Microsoft and Libre Office), Linux serversystem administration, usage of Business intelligence tools, ERP, CRM and Billing SupportSystems.
