REMEMBER PEARL HARBORNarrated by veteran Hollywood actor Tom Selleck, Remember Pearl Harbor chronicles the personal stories of veterans and citizens who witnessed the surprise attack by the Japanese on the American Pacific Fleet on December 7, 1941, launching the United States into World War II. Using archival footage and photos and graphics, the documentary shows in detail the bombings on Oahu, along with the fiery explosion of the USS Arizona, the sinking of the USS Oklahoma, and the attacks on Hickam Field, as well as on other parts of the island. Remember Pearl Harbor documents the 75th anniversary, the tragic events and the courageous acts of those who were in or near Pearl Harbor on that day. The film includes first-person accounts from sailors, airmen, soldiers and civilians, including Lou Conter, USS Arizona; James Downing, USS Virginia; Vernon Carter, US Army Air Corps, Hickam Field; and Barbara Kotinek, who was just six years old at the time and lived within eyesight of Pearl Harbor.
Airs Tuesday, December 6th at 9PM

Nature/Science/AdventureJOSEPH ROSENDO'S TRAVELSCOPE
The Emmy-winning series Joseph Rosendo's Travelscope enlightens and entertains viewers with enchanting destinations and diverse cultures from across the globe. Since 2007, Travelscope has earned four national Emmys and 11 total nominations. Season nine finds host Joseph Rosendo exploring new countries and also returning to favorite haunts in Europe, Asia, South America and the South Pacific. He makes his way across the European continent along the Danube River, Europe’s second-longest river, where he travels from Budapest, Hungary through Austria to Nuremberg, Germany. Along the journey, a mosaic
of magnificent cities, quaint villages, and fields and forests unfold, and each stop along the way reveals a piece of Europe’s ongoing cultural tale. Joseph continues his travels across Europe with a two-part episode in Armenia. From roadside fruit stands to riverside wine stalls and bustling markets, Joseph is welcomed into local homes to witness traditional artisans at work and join in religious and communal celebrations that inspire, enlighten and reveal the Armenian heart and soul. While in the country, he also visits ancient burial sites and historic churches, as well as the markets and homes of present-day Armenians. The award-winning travel journalist pays a return trip to South Korea, where he discovers that apart from the many attractions of the capital city of Seoul, once you get out into the countryside—many treasures await you. From world heritage temples to Olympic venues, and from historic towns to great food, Joseph finds a world of surprises. The new season also includes adventures to the Cook Islands in the Pacific, Taiwan’s Penghu Islands, and an exploration of the Amazon Rainforest in Peru.
Airs Thursdays at 10PM beginning December 1st

NATURELOVE IN THE ANIMAL KINGDOM
Animals dance, sing, flirt and compete with everything they’ve got to find and secure a mate. For many, the all-important bonds they share as a couple are what enable the next generation to survive. Can we call these bonds love? In this delightful, provocative look at the love life of animals, watch the feminine wiles of a young gorilla, the search for Mr. Right among a thousand flamingos, the open “marriages” of blue-footed boobies, the soap opera arrangements of gibbons and all the subtle, outrageous, romantic antics that go into finding a partner.

HAPPY HOLIDAYS WITH THE BOSTON POPS
The one-hour music special HAPPY HOLIDAYS WITH THE BOSTON POPS showcases the best of the New England holiday season with the Boston Pops and Tanglewood Festival Chorus, under the direction of Keith Lockhart, performing beloved classics, in-cluding "Christmas Canticles"and "Hallelujah Chorus" from Handel’s Messiah. Filmed at historic Symphony Hall in Boston, the show features several special segments, in-cluding a performance by bass-baritone Justin Hopkins. Country superstar Sara Evans sings songs from her 2014 holiday album “At Christmas,” and Mad Men and Broadway star Robert Morse reads "Twas the Night Before Christmas” with musical accompani-ment. Of course, no Holiday Pops concert would be complete without the orchestra’s signature rendition of Leroy Anderson’s "Sleigh Ride,"a piece written expressly for the Boston Pops, and a visit from the one and only Santa Claus.
Airs Tuesday, December 20th at 9PM
