About• Employment at risk due to disability, health condition or injury• No need for an assessment (or to approach Centrelink)• Up to 12 months of service available• Ongoing employment support can endure past 12 months• Maintain employment with current employer• Service is uncapped
Eligibility• Determined by guidelines provided by DEEWR• Must have been employed for at least 8 hours per week on
average over the last 13 weeks (or there’s an expectation the job will last 13 weeks)
• Must be at risk of losing their employment in the immediate future as a result of their injury, disability or health condition
• Must not be registered with another DES provider
