Reimbursements** 60000

Assured Statutory Bonus^ 8400

Performance Pay (Based on performance)*** 80000

Total CTC 393,226

^Assured Statutory bonus is paid for previous financial year, on prorata basis

** Mobile reimbursement is done on actuals, or upto the maximum of the limit specified for official calls made.

** Travel reimbursement is for the official travel, and needs to be supported by original bills, and will be reimbursed as per company

policy

*** Variable pay is dependent on individual performance, team/department's performance & company's performance, and will be paid
