Dr. Johnson is a 1993-graduate of the Boston University School of Medicine, Boston, Massachusetts.He remained at BUSM for his internship and residency in obstetrics and gynecology (1993-1998). Hethen joined the Ohio State University Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, for his fellowship in maternal-fetalmedicine (1998 - 2001). Prior to medical school, Dr. Johnson obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree as wellas a Master of Arts degree in Medical Sciences from Boston University in Boston, Massachusetts.
Following the completion of his formal training, Dr. Johnson became board-certified in obstetrics andgynecology and the sub-specialty of maternal-fetal medicine by the American Board of Obstetrics andGynecology. The mission of the ABOG is to define standards, certify obstetricians and gynecologists,and facilitate continuous learning to advance knowledge, practice, and professionalism in women’shealth.
