Experience the world of Minecraft® with LEGO® Bricks in this Spring Break
Engineering Camp. Kids start by crafting their shelters and some of the mobs, critters, and tools using LEGO® motorized Bricks. Kids will craft new elements each day, building models and crafting key elements from the popular Minecraft® game. Steve, Creeper, the Chicken, the Pig, and many other characters will be part of this camp. This camp will not use the boxed LEGO® Minecraft® sets, we will use Technic

The dance class is designed for the beginner. Students will be introduced to a brief history about the Argentine Tango as well as the use of properterminology. Instruction regarding elements, steps, figures, and style will beincorporated with the etiquette and practices of a Milonga (a social dance). Lifeguard & Water Safety Instructor Certification Course
Become an NOR Lifeguard!Are you at least 15 ½ years old? Are you looking for a summer job? Would you like to make a difference in a child’s life? If yes, then follow these easy steps to becoming a lifeguard!
Greenacres Pool (2014 Calloway Dr.)Fee: $170 Total ($35 online, $135 at registration) for each certification class. Online classroom must be completed before first class. **Please bring bathing suit, towel and a change of clothes.
LIFEGUARD INSTRUCTOR CLASS Session I March 26th - 28th Registration February 14th - March 16th 8:00am - 5:00pm Session II April 14th &15th Registration February 14th - April 6th 8:00am - 7:00pmThe course includes: Lifeguard skills; First Aid; CPR for adults, youth and infants; CPR for theProfessional Rescuer which includes AED administration, Bloodborne Pathogen training, andOxygen Administration. The class includes a series of physical tests prior to certification. Students must continuously swim 300 yards. Students will also be required to swim the length of the pool, surface dive down 10 feet, pick up a 10 pound brick from the bottom, and swim back to the starting point while holding the brick with two hands above the water. The students will need to be able to tread water for at least 2 minutes with no hands. There will also be a timed scenario to becompleted at the end of the course to pass and receive the lifeguard certification. Some homework is included in this course and will be assigned as needed.

Students must be at least 16 years of age on or before the final scheduled lesson of this course, complete the Fundamental of Instructor Training course, and demonstrate and perform the following swimming skills: Swim 25 yards of Front Crawl, Back Crawl, Breaststroke, Elementary Breaststroke, Elementary Backstroke, Sidestroke, and 15 yards of Butterfly; Maintainposition on back for one minute in deep water while floating or sculling; Tread water for oneminute.

Major League Baseball Pitch, Hit & Run is a FREE skills event for boys and girls. Participants have the opportunity to compete in four levels of competition (local, sectional, team and national). The first level is the Local Competition hosted by NOR.
Team Championships are hosted at all 30 Major Leagueballparks. The National Finals are held at the MLB All-Star Game in Washington, DC. Pre-register through NOR to ensure your spot. Event day walk-ups may also be accepted, butpre-registration by April 26th is preferred. Child’s age as of July 17th of this year will determine his or her age in this year’s competition. Girls and boys ages 7-14 will compete and be awarded in separate divisions. Girls compete in a softballdivision and boys will compete in a baseball division.Join the Fun!

Tennis TimeLearn basic to advanced tennis skills in a fun atmosphere. Junior tennis includes beginners ages 5 to 11. Advanced beginners must pass the beginner test (no age requirement). Mighty Mights is for kids age 4 and 5. Elementary age students may play with Advanced Adult class with instructor’s permission. All racquets and balls are supplied. This is a year round program. Make up lessons are available. Good manners and etiquette are stressed.

But when her father announces she must move out of the nursery, Peter Pan comes to visit the children and whisks them away to Neverland. Their journey introduces them to the Lost Boys, Mermaids, Indians and even the infamous pirate, Captain Hook! It’s Peter to the rescue when Wendy is taken captive by the dreaded captain, who has his own sinister plans in mind for our hero.

Boys 3rd-4th Grade$100 Includes registration, 1 year US Lacrosse membership fees, use of stick, instruction, officiated games and a t-shirt to keep.
Boy 5th-8th Grade$170 Includes registration, 1 year US lacrosse membership fees,
instruction, officiated games, use of stick, helmet, shoulder pads, elbow pads, gloves, and reversible pinnie to keep.
