    in grades 3-5 is rapidly ap-

    proaching on January 29,

    2015. We have had a very

    small number of partici-

    pants to volunteer and need

    many exhibitors to make

    this a successful event

    for our students. Stu-

    dents brought home a

    flyer and sign-up for

    the career

    fair. PLEASE consider

    signing up to be an exhibi-

    tor and inviting another

    career exhibitor to join us

    as well.

    Every living thing sleeps,from the smallest insect tothe largest whale. Some ani-mals sleep as much as 20hours a day. Wow! Whilewe dont need as muchsleep, our sleep is just as

    important.

    Sleep is essential to a childshealth and growth. It pro-motes alertness, memory

    and performance. It is rec-ommended that childrenages 5-12 get 10-11 hours of

    fight sickness so you can stayhealthy. Loss of sleep cancause forgetfulness, daytimesleepiness, mood changes,

    and difficulty paying atten-

    tunity to become a Heart

    Hero by collecting dona-

    tions for the American Heart

    Heart Heroes can collect ducks

    by reaching specific donation

    levels. Splatter Quacky, Nija

    duck and Mrs. Cool will be

    handed out in the morning

    during Fun Fitness. Volun-
