Effective Project Management • We take a flexible and client-centric approach to each and every

project while at the same time adhering to internal procedural standards to ensure quality

Talent

• Native speakers of target languages residing in the country where the language is spoken

• Most possess Master Degrees or higher in Translation Studies as well additional degrees in particular subjects

At the very core of our services lie the talents of our translators, linguists, desktop publishers & engineers

We recruit only experienced & professionally qualified translators and linguists

• Have 5 plus years of working experience in the industry with a proven track record of successful and well received translations based on:– References– Peer review – Sampling

• Focus on specific areas or competencies – (e.g. IT, Telecommunications, Medical, Legal, etc.)

• Core competencies are, in turn, matched with particular project requirements

• Many have actual industry related experience, (e.g. have formerly worked as professors, software engineers, lawyers, etc.)

• Same standards applied to desktop publishers and engineers


The Tools We Use

• Regardless of source file format, all translations are performed with the use of CAT tools

• Computer Aided Translation Software operated by human translators

• How does this software work and how does it benefit our clients?


How?

• Translators work through an interface which allows them to translate all strings and concurrently compile a bilingual database of all completed work.

• This bilingual database of matching strings is know as "Translation Memory"

• This "TM" can then be leveraged against any subsequent related work, providing translators 100% matches for content that has not changed or is repeated and partial matches for content that is similarly worded but requires partial translation.

• With each subsequent translation, translators can build upon theoriginal TM database adding new terms, removing those that are no longer is use, and implementing any client edits for future use.

• In other words it allows us to take a scalable yet focused approach to each job we undertake.

• While certain elements may not always apply due to project size and type, we feel that 3 key elements must always remain the same:

1. Proper & accurate defining of specifications

2. Project and resource planning

3. Establishing open channels of communication with our clients (i.e. Client Feedback / Loop)
